Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, this Tuscan-inspired ravioli dish is a 30-minute weeknight winner packed with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and cheesy goodness.
Ingredients

1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 cups fresh baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick
Instructions

Cook ravioli: Boil ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Make sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes.

Add spinach & cream: Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in cream and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Combine: Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until everything is warmed through.

Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan or basil if desired.

You can use frozen spinach if fresh isn’t available (just squeeze out excess water).
