Toss in the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and sliced green onions. Cook everything together, stirring frequently, until the cabbage softens, about 3–5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Give it a good stir, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste it and adjust seasoning.
Once everything is beautifully combined, remove it from the heat. Serve plain or add your favorite toppings.
