Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 cup broccoli florets

2 carrots (sliced), ½ onion (sliced)

2 garlic cloves, 1-inch ginger (minced)

Sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

Marinate steak in soy sauce and cornstarch (10 mins).

Stir-fry steak in hot oil until browned; set aside.

Cook veggies in same pan until crisp-tender.

Add garlic, ginger, and return steak to pan.

Pour in sauce, stir to coat everything evenly.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
