1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup jasmine rice
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, soy sauce, ginger, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce. Taste and adjust the heat if needed.
