Ingredients
4 Boneless
Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
1 cup Pesto Sauce
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (oil-packed
chopped)
4 Large Flour Tortillas
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, fresh basil, pesto sauce, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and distribute the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden.
- Slice and serve warm, garnished with additional basil if desired.
Notes
