1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
Vegetable oil, for frying
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir gently to mix and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk and egg, then slowly add it to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F.
Using a tablespoon or your hands, scoop a bit of batter and flatten it in your palm. Place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center, fold the batter around it, and shape it into a ball, sealing it well.
Carefully drop a few balls into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
While warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over the Fried S’mores Bombs.
