6.8 ounces instant lemon pudding
3 1/4 cups milk
8 ounces whipped topping
5 ounces cream cheese
7 ounces marshmallow cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant lemon pudding and milk until the mixture thickens.
- Fold in 4 ounces of the whipped topping, cream cheese, and marshmallow cream until smooth and well combined.
- Layer 4 sheets of graham crackers in a dish, then spread a layer of the lemon cream mixture over the crackers.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the lemon cream mixture.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
