  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream (softened)

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream (softened)

  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

  • Optional: whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, or chopped peanuts for topping


Instructions

  • Make crust: Mix pretzels, butter, and brown sugar. Press into a springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.

  • Layer 1: Spread softened chocolate ice cream over crust. Freeze until firm (30 minutes).

  • Peanut butter layer: Warm peanut butter slightly, drizzle over chocolate layer. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  • Layer 2: Spread vanilla ice cream on top. Freeze until firm (30+ minutes).

  • Top & finish: Drizzle hot fudge and optional toppings. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
