Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works best)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
3️⃣ Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute, until fragrant.
4️⃣ Stir in butter and Italian seasoning, letting it melt and coat the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6️⃣ Stir in Parmesan cheese and toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
7️⃣ Serve the creamy pasta topped with garlic butter chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
