- 1 lb cooked king crab legs, meat removed and chopped
- 4 soft hoagie rolls or baguette rolls
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the inside of each roll with the garlic butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine chopped king crab meat with a little of the garlic butter sauce.
- Once rolls are toasted, spoon the garlic butter crab mixture into each roll.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of crispy fries or a light salad.
