- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried thyme (or fresh)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for umami)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Sauté the Mushrooms:
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

- Stir in garlic and soy sauce, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
