- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Cook Zucchini Noodles: Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Combine: Return meatballs to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the sauce.
- Serve: Plate the zucchini noodles and meatballs, spooning extra sauce over the top.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream or a dollop of cream cheese to the sauce.
- Use pre-spiralized zucchini to save time.
