Ingredients

Scale

1 medium head of cauliflower

cut into small florets

8 ounces of mushrooms

sliced (I prefer cremini or button mushrooms)

4 cloves of garlic

minced

1 tablespoon of butter (optional for extra richness)

1 teaspoon of dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme)

chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
