1 pack (16 oz) potato gnocchi
4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese, for serving
