2 tablespoon butter

melted

3 cloves garlic

finely minced

1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley leaves

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 pinch cayenne pepper

optional

1 teaspoon lemon juice

3 dashes ground black pepper

lemon wedges


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, cayenne pepper (if using), lemon juice, and black pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the garlic herb mixture generously over the top of the fillets.
