These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a mouthwatering combination of juicy beef, gooey cheese, and golden biscuit dough, all coated in a garlicky, buttery parmesan topping. Perfect for game nights, parties, or a fun dinner idea!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Filling:

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Dough:

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef Filling:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
  • Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat. Let cool slightly before mixing in shredded cheddar cheese.

2️⃣ Assemble the Bombs:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center.
  • Fold the edges up, pinching to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

3️⃣ Add the Garlic Parmesan Coating:

  • Brush each dough ball with beaten egg.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush generously over each bomb.

4️⃣ Bake & Serve:

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

✔️ Dipping ideas: Serve with ranch, marinara, or burger sauce!
✔️ Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a cheesy twist.
✔️ Can’t find biscuit dough? Use pizza dough or crescent roll dough instead.
