For the Filling:
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dough:
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef Filling:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat. Let cool slightly before mixing in shredded cheddar cheese.
2️⃣ Assemble the Bombs:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges up, pinching to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
3️⃣ Add the Garlic Parmesan Coating:
- Brush each dough ball with beaten egg.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush generously over each bomb.
4️⃣ Bake & Serve:
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
