Ingredients
Scale
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheese in the center. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Make the Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush each bomb with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Arrange the bombs on the baking sheet, seam side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce!
Notes
- Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Swiss cheese for a different flavor.
- For extra crispiness, brush with additional garlic butter halfway through baking.
- These freeze well—just reheat in the oven for a crispy finish.
