  • Author: amelia
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 cheeseburger bombs 1x

Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a fun, bite-sized twist on a classic cheeseburger. Wrapped in golden, buttery dough and stuffed with juicy beef, gooey cheese, and savory garlic butter, they’re the ultimate appetizer or meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Beef Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheese in the center. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Make the Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush each bomb with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Arrange the bombs on the baking sheet, seam side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce!

Notes

  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Swiss cheese for a different flavor.
  • For extra crispiness, brush with additional garlic butter halfway through baking.
  • These freeze well—just reheat in the oven for a crispy finish.
