Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are packed with flavor! A perfect side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season the Brussels Sprouts:

    • In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Spread evenly on the baking sheet, cut side down.
  • Roast to Perfection:

    • Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Add Parmesan & Serve:

    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for another 5 minutes.
    • Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add toasted almonds or pecans.
  • Swap Parmesan for feta or goat cheese for a different twist.
