Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are packed with flavor! A perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions

Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the Brussels Sprouts:
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread evenly on the baking sheet, cut side down.

Roast to Perfection:
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Add Parmesan & Serve:
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add toasted almonds or pecans.
- Swap Parmesan for feta or goat cheese for a different twist.
- Great as a side dish for steak, chicken, or salmon!
