  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Crispy, buttery, and packed with garlicky goodness, these Garlic Parmesan Wings are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Perfect for game nights, parties, or just a delicious snack, they’re baked (or fried) to golden perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes & flats
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.

2️⃣ Season the Wings – In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.

3️⃣ Bake Until Crispy – Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. (For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.)

4️⃣ Make the Sauce – While wings bake, melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes.

5️⃣ Toss & Serve – Place hot wings in a bowl and toss with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Want them extra crispy? Pat wings dry before seasoning and bake on a wire rack.
Air fryer option – Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes, shaking halfway.
Like it spicy? Add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the sauce!
