Ingredients
For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes & flats
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
2️⃣ Season the Wings – In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
3️⃣ Bake Until Crispy – Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. (For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.)
4️⃣ Make the Sauce – While wings bake, melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
5️⃣ Toss & Serve – Place hot wings in a bowl and toss with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
