- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season & Sear: Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- Sauté Mushrooms & Garlic: Melt butter in the same pan, add mushrooms, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy.
- Finish Cooking: Return pork chops to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, spooning sauce over them until fully cooked.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

- Use bone-in pork chops for extra juiciness.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
