Instructions

Marinate: Combine garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub over lamb chops. Let sit 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill lamb chops 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (longer if desired).

Rest & serve: Let rest 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
