Ingredients
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup (180ml) warm water (about 110°F)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Once the dough has risen, divide it into equal portions and place each portion into the muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, flaky sea salt, and black pepper for the topping.
