Description

Loaded with leafy greens, creamy cheese, and zesty herbs, this pizza is a garden-fresh twist on the classic slice — perfect for a light dinner or lunch!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 prepared pizza dough

  • ½ cup white garlic sauce or olive oil for base

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup ricotta or feta cheese

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  • ½ cup kale or arugula

  • ½ zucchini, thinly sliced

  • Fresh basil or parsley for topping

  • Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.

  2. Spread white garlic sauce or drizzle olive oil over the dough.

  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then dollop with ricotta or crumble feta.

  4. Layer spinach, kale/arugula, and zucchini slices on top.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

  7. Top with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Try adding green pesto or avocado slices after baking for extra flavor.

  • For a crispy base, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
