Instructions
Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir it up to create the creamy garlic sauce.
Grill the chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook each side for about 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Steam the broccoli: While the chicken is grilling, bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steamer basket on top. Add the broccoli florets and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Steam for about 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
Assemble your bowls: Slice the grilled chicken into strips. In a bowl, layer the broccoli then top it with the sliced chicken. Drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce.
