  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for more consistent grilling.
