  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice or BBQ sauce for brushing


Instructions

  1. Prep chicken: Pat drumsticks dry. In a bowl, toss with olive oil and all seasonings.

  2. Preheat grill: Medium heat (about 375–400°F).

  3. Grill: Cook drumsticks for 25–30 minutes, turning every 5–6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crisp.

  4. Optional glaze: Brush with BBQ sauce or lemon juice during the last 5 minutes for extra flavor.
