Ingredients

2 lbs chicken drumsticks (about 8 pieces)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice or BBQ sauce for brushing
Instructions

Prep chicken: Pat drumsticks dry. In a bowl, toss with olive oil and all seasonings.

Preheat grill: Medium heat (about 375–400°F).

Grill: Cook drumsticks for 25–30 minutes, turning every 5–6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crisp.

Optional glaze: Brush with BBQ sauce or lemon juice during the last 5 minutes for extra flavor.

Rest & serve: Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
