This decadent twist on classic s’mores layers gooey marshmallows, crispy bacon, and melty chocolate between two warm chocolate chip cookies—all grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

8 chocolate chip cookies (homemade or store-bought)

4 large marshmallows

4 small squares of chocolate (milk or dark)

4 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
Instructions

Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium heat.

Place 4 cookies, bottom side up, on a tray. Top each with 1 chocolate square, 1 marshmallow, and 2 bacon halves.

Top with another cookie to form a sandwich.

Wrap each s’more loosely in foil.

Grill for 3–5 minutes, turning once, until marshmallow is soft and chocolate melted.
