  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Glaze:

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)


Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken: In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).

  • Prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine honey, orange juice, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and chili flakes. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • Grill the chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F/74°C). Brush with glaze during the last few minutes of grilling to create a caramelized finish.

  • Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and drizzle with extra glaze. Garnish with citrus slices or fresh herbs if desired.
