Ingredients

2 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cups arugula or mixed greens

1 ball burrata cheese (about 4 oz)

4 slices prosciutto

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Grill Nectarines: Brush nectarine halves with olive oil. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred.

Arrange Salad: Place greens on a plate. Add grilled nectarines, torn prosciutto, and burrata (torn open).

Finish: Drizzle with balsamic glaze, season with salt and pepper, and top with fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.
