Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1–2 tsp brown sugar (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Honey or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Prep peaches: Brush peach halves with olive oil or butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if using.

Grill: Place peaches cut-side down on a preheated grill (medium heat). Grill for 3–4 minutes until grill marks form.

Flip & finish: Turn peaches over and grill another 2–3 minutes until soft and caramelized.

Serve: Drizzle with honey or top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an irresistible treat.v
