Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

  • 12 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 12 tsp brown sugar (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • Honey or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prep peaches: Brush peach halves with olive oil or butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if using.

  2. Grill: Place peaches cut-side down on a preheated grill (medium heat). Grill for 3–4 minutes until grill marks form.

  3. Flip & finish: Turn peaches over and grill another 2–3 minutes until soft and caramelized.

  4. Serve: Drizzle with honey or top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an irresistible treat.v
