Description
Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a delicious and easy meal that combines succulent grilled shrimp with fresh romaine lettuce, savory Parmesan cheese, and a creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
1/2 cup croutons (optional)
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled (optional))
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.
- While the shrimp are grilling, prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
- To assemble the wraps, lay out a flour tortilla and spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing over it.
- Top with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, croutons, and crumbled bacon, if using.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
Feel free to customize your wraps by adding other vegetables or proteins. The croutons add crunch, but they are optional. For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the dressing.
