1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic

1/8 teaspoon cracked red pepper flakes
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp
peeled and deveined
12 small slices baguette-style bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with remaining olive oil.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.
- Serve with bread slices lightly brushed with olive oil, grilled until golden.
