Ingredients

Instructions

Cook sweet potatoes: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sweet potatoes and cook for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add beef and onion: Push potatoes to the side and add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked.

Stir in zucchini and garlic: Mix everything together, then add zucchini and garlic. Cook for 5–7 more minutes until tender.

Season and serve: Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Top with shredded cheese or parsley if desired.
