  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a food processor, combine the black beans and banana. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, then blend again until well incorporated.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in the food processor and blend until combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased or lined 8×8 inch baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chips or walnuts on top.
