1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 cup jasmine rice
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Add chicken, cover, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Coconut Rice: In a saucepan, combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
