These homemade granola bars are chewy, wholesome, and packed with nutritious ingredients—perfect for a quick breakfast or on-the-go snack!
Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

½ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix wet ingredients: In a small saucepan over low heat, warm almond butter and honey until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt.

Combine & press: Pour wet mixture over dry and stir well. Press into the prepared pan evenly.

Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until edges are golden.

Cool & slice: Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
