  • Instructions

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Toss in the diced onion and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the onions start to become translucent.
  • Add the carrots and celery. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
