Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
