3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup dry white wine

½ cup chicken broth

¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

Season & Sear: Season chicken with herbs, salt, and pepper. Sear in oil and butter until golden.

Roast: Transfer to oven and roast at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.

Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic, deglaze with wine, add broth, simmer. Stir in cream.

Combine: Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer 5 minutes. Garnish and serve.
