  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook and shred your chicken.
  • In a large skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the chopped spinach until wilted.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
