Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup whole wheat flour (optional, or use all AP)

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dough: Combine flours, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix into a soft dough.

Roll out: Roll the dough thin (1/8 inch) between two sheets of parchment.

Cut into squares: Use a pizza cutter to score 1/2-inch squares. Prick each square with a fork.

Top & bake: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.

Cool: Let cool completely before serving — they’ll crisp up more as they cool!
