8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz crab meat, drained
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pack of wonton wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Lay out your wonton wrappers on a clean surface, keeping a damp cloth over them.
Place about a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the corners to seal.
In a deep skillet, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium-high heat.
Carefully add a few Crab Rangoon to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
