  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented (or 1 cup of mandarin oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  • Hull and slice strawberries, then set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  • Peel, core, and dice pineapple, or drain canned pineapple and add it to the bowl.
  • Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl.
  • Rinse blueberries and toss them in.
  • Slice banana and add it to the bowl just before serving.
  • Segment the orange or add mandarin oranges.
  • Drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit and toss gently.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
