2 cups of strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups of pineapple, diced (fresh or canned)
2 cups of grapes, halved (red or green)
1 cup of blueberries
1 large banana, sliced
1 orange, segmented (or 1 cup of mandarin oranges)
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Wash all fruits thoroughly.
Hull and slice strawberries, then set aside in a large mixing bowl.
Peel, core, and dice pineapple, or drain canned pineapple and add it to the bowl.
Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl.
Rinse blueberries and toss them in.
Slice banana and add it to the bowl just before serving.
Segment the orange or add mandarin oranges.
Drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit and toss gently.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
