Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shelled pistachios, roasted and cooled
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil or neutral oil
1/4 cup milk (adjust for desired consistency)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Place roasted pistachios in a food processor. Blend until finely ground.
2. Add powdered sugar, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if too thick.
5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
6. Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
