Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape (about 12×9 inches).
2️⃣ Assemble the Stromboli
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer the pepperoni slices, green pepper, and onion over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Roll & Seal
- Carefully roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll, making sure to tuck the ends in.
- Pinch the seams together to seal the stromboli.
- Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4️⃣ Bake the Stromboli
- Brush the top with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
