Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape (about 12×9 inches).

2️⃣ Assemble the Stromboli

  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Layer the pepperoni slices, green pepper, and onion over the cheese.

3️⃣ Roll & Seal

  • Carefully roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll, making sure to tuck the ends in.
  • Pinch the seams together to seal the stromboli.
  • Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4️⃣ Bake the Stromboli

  • Brush the top with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
