Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive)
-
3 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup honey

1 tbsp water
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
-
Sesame seeds & green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Pour sauce into the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and sticky.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
-
Make it spicy by adding more chili flakes or a dash of sriracha.
-
Serve over steamed rice, in lettuce wraps, or as party skewers.
-
Cornstarch makes the chicken extra crispy—don’t skip it!
