Description

This Honey Garlic Salmon is the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and buttery goodness! Baked in foil for maximum flavor and tenderness, it’s an easy, no-fuss recipe that’s great for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ lbs salmon fillet (skin-on or skinless)
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a healthier option)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt & black pepper
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon slices (for serving)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce – In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, butter, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3️⃣ Coat the Salmon – Place the salmon fillet in the center of the foil. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the top, making sure it’s evenly coated.

4️⃣ Seal & Bake – Fold the foil over the salmon and seal the edges to create a packet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, depending on thickness.

5️⃣ Broil for a Glaze – Open the foil and broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden, caramelized top.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! – Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad!

Notes

Want extra flavor? Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
Prefer a crispier texture? Bake uncovered for the last 5 minutes.
Use leftovers! Flake the salmon and use it in salads or wraps.
