¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 cloves garlic

minced

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Cooked rice or quinoa

Fresh parsley or cilantro

chopped for garnish


Instructions

  • In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the smoked sausage pieces and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
