Ingredients
1 ½ to 2 pounds (680g to 900g) salmon fillets
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic
minced (about 3 teaspoons)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for searing or baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil in the baking dish and place the salmon in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional dill if desired.
Notes
