1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Prep the Prawns: Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
